Dear Dr. Speight,

Regarding a child that was not speaking 14 months prior to treatment:

..."Wanted to write to make you smile.  I just came home from Walmart where ------- was talking well but had an even bigger wow.  He picked up a Ice Age Pez candy dispenser and looked right up at me and asked me THREE questions in a row... "What is this, Mom?"....."Is it for eating, Mom?"...."Can I have some?"
I smiled and answered each question but like to have cried right there in Walmart!!

It has been over a year since I came to you to be treated for the neuropathy in my feet. I have been to many foot specialists and many tests were done. Finally I went to a neurologist and after testing me she said there was nothing she could do and sent me home with a painkiller to take. The pain was excruciating and I couldn't work or do things with my family. Your treatment has helped me dramatically. I can work and be on my feet again for a full day. I can play and be there for my grandchildren without the tremendous burning and pain in my feet. I am so thankful I was able to come to you for treatment. It was good to see you the other day. I wanted to tell you that David (not his real name) just went through another Psychological/Educational evaluation with Dr. L. D. and the results were amazing. In addition to a high average IQ, she reports that she sees no signs of Aspergers/Autism or ADHD. She describes David as extremely friendly, sweet, and cooperative with a good sense of humor and that he maintained eye contact and seemed confident in his socialization skills. He exhibited good interpersonal skills with the examiner and was cooperative and motivated. WOW! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  Chronic Mycoplasma Infection Wheelchair Bound

Dear Dr. Speight.......

"Last semester I took Calculus  and loved it. It allows me to get ahead for college, so that I can catch up after missing a year from my illness. If all goes well with this round of AP tests, I will have roughly 35 credit hours going into college. This will be enough to classify me as a sophomore, and I will have caught up to where I should be. College is going to be so much fun. I have had my ups and downs over the past few years, but I am doing much better now. I am hoping to be able to participate in many college activities, including skydiving.
 
However I wouldn’t be where I am today if it was not for all of you. I owe you a lot Dr. Speight. I am grateful that we were able to find you……. You all touched my heart and I will never forget you. My success today would have never occurred, if you had not come into my life…. Take care and keep up the superb work you do"

Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia

“Before I became sick with CFIDS/Fibromyalgia, I was a marathon runner. When I became sick I had to stop running and basically spent my days on the couch. I became so sick that some days I did not have enough energy to even take a shower. It seemed my life, as I knew it, had ended. I was not the same person that I used to be. I was that sick for ten years.
 
For years nothing seemed to help. I had lost hope that I would ever be able to get back part of my life again. Then Dr. Speight  started me on an amino acid protocol and I began to get some of my energy back. I was placed on a large dose of Vitamin D as well and my pain level decreased dramatically. At about the same time Dr. Speight did a biopsy to test for chemicals in my body. It came back positive and I was started on a detoxification program. After four months of the detox program … I feel that I am back to normal again. I am now running three days a week and lifting weights three days a week.
 
After ten years of being so ill, I feel fortunate to finally get my life back again. I am so grateful to have a doctor who stays current with new treatments and never gives up on the patient. I wanted to tell my story to give you hope that there is help and tell you to never give up."

Menopause and Insomnia

Dear. Dr. Speight, 

I just wanted you to know how blessed I am to have a  doctor who has gone the extra mile for his patients. I am 72 years of age and have been to sleep studies and several doctors in different states and I felt uneasy with all of them but two. 

You have been able to answer my questions and help me with bio-identical hormones and much more. I wanted to let you know that I am sleeping better, have more confidence, have a healthier sense of well being and feeling younger again. Each day is a good day to live. Multiple Sclerosis

"Prior to seeing Dr. Speight my MS symptoms continued to worsen despite conventional treatments. With the  recommendations from Dr. Speight my quality of life has improved by at least 75%. My walking gait has become less cumbersome and my fatigue level has decreased 50%. My balance has also improved and I'm getting a better night sleep.
