"Garbled" Newsletter?
If your newsletter is arriving in "garbled code", you are one of a very small number of people that is most likely experiencing HTML code incompatibility.

Our newsletter is published in HTML which is an internet language. Sometimes, an email program cannot read the code, or more typically, misreads the code or gets "stumped" by something in the code so it simply stops "reading" the mail right there and leaves the raw code in the body of the newsletter.

When you experience a newsletter problem such as this, you need to login to our online system to get a copy of your Newsletter

You could possibly experience problems emailing yourself a copy of the newsletter from this site again if your email program continues to misinterpret the HTML coding in the email itself.  This can also happen when you have your email program set to receive "text only".  This is a setting some people select in their email to avoid emails containing graphics and other "colorful" images.  If you do reexperience this problem, simply take the mouse and highlight the text of the newsletter online and you can paste it into Word or your other favorite word processor.
